Our Products

Two products engineered to work together. CEMESEAL 360 preps the surface. CemeSeal transforms it permanently.

Core Product

CemeSeal

The Permanent Sub-Surface Waterproofing Barrier

How It Works in Concrete

CemeSeal penetrates up to 2 inches internally into concrete capillaries, reacting with free lime (Calcium Hydroxide) to create Calcium Silicate Hydrate (CSH) — the exact same mineral that gives concrete its structural strength. It fills microscopic voids, hardens the surface, stops dust, blocks water intrusion permanently, and prevents saltwater spalling.

How It Works in Wood

Wood is made of hollow organic tubes called tracheids. CemeSeal fills those hollow tubes, reacting with CO₂ in the air to precipitate into solid, microscopic glass particles. This mineralizes the organic cellulose, turning it into a petrified wood-stone composite that insects cannot eat and water cannot rot.

Three Pillars of Protection

Permanent Water Protection
Blocks structural moisture absorption. Silica crystalline glass locks out water permanently.
Organism Defense
Mineralizes cellulose, removing the food source for termites, powderpost beetles, and fungal rot. A permanent, non-toxic mechanical barrier.
Class A Fire Retardant
Acts as a heat shield, forces carbon char formation, slows flame spread. Never marketed as "fireproof" — classified as highly fire-resistant.
CemeSeal Concrete Treatment product label — penetrating concrete sealer and hardener, ASTM C-67 and C-666 certified
CemeSeal Wood Treatment product label — penetrating wood preservative and hardener

Eco-Friendly, Biodegradable Surface Cleaner & Degreaser

What Makes It Different

CEMESEAL 360 uses a specialized, non-toxic sodium metasilicate and organic surfactant chassis — no sodium hydroxide (lye). It breaks down subsurface oils, mold, and environmental scale at high pH while remaining entirely safe for wood lignin. It opens natural capillary pores without bleaching fibers, warping boards, or causing fuzzy degradation.

Safe & Sustainable

  • 100% VOC-free, biodegradable
  • Water-based, non-flammable
  • Safe for landscaping, turf, and waterways
  • No sodium hydroxide / lye
  • No hazardous material handling required
